When this mama knew she would be in Colorado for Macey’s first birthday we put our heads together to create something really special and perfectly “them” for a celebratory first birthday session. So these two beauties made cupcakes together in Grandma’s kitchen. When it was time to bake them we headed outside with Macey’s Mama and two of her uncles to get some sweet portraits from a fun play time in the front yard. Once the cupcakes were baked and frosted with sprinkles, Macey got to eat her own cupcake and enjoy her personal handiwork with a fun cake smash.
